Attendance will be taken at each lecture and total attendance will count as one project. You are allowed 1 unexcused absence for the semester. Excused or official absences do not count against your grade. Excused absences include illness, religious holidays and death in the immediate family. Work missed will need to be made up. You must make arrangements with me to make up any work missed due to official, excused or unexcused absences. You must notify me at least one week in advance of taking any official absences. If you arrive to class late, it is your responsibility to notify me that you are here and make sure your attendance is noted (at the end of lecture). Latecomers will get half credit for attendance and 4 lateness will add up to an absence.
