Homework 1 [ top ]
  1. State the objective of your future midterm site.
    What is the general descritpion of the site, i.e. retail sales, portfolio, family newsletter, etc. Who is your target audience What will be the content of the site-this can be in outline form

  2. Develop a site plan.
    Use a chart to show the pages in the site Show heirarchy and or linking arrangement

Homework 2[ top ]
  1. Make a list of 8 websites you like. Include a sentence for each URL describing what you find attractive about the site. This homework should be in html format. You will upload this file to the Lehman college server next class.
    Ex. Homework 2
  2. Create a page displaying the colors that you want to use for your future midterm website. This page should show the colors for you background, link, active link, visited link and text.
    Ex. Homework 2b
    Visit the Hex color link to read more about color and pick the hex numbers.


Homework 3 [ top ]
  1. Color the gif images inside the homework folder located inside the folder class3. Make sure to make a copy of this folder in your media storage, e.g. zip disk, CD or usb memmory stick.

 

 

 

Homework 4 [ top ]
  1. Save all your colored images as gif files and add them to a html file. This file should work similar to the target_links.html document that we previously created.
    Example: homework4.html
  2. Upload this file to your geocities web space and email me the URL.
